♥ 10 FAQs by customers ♥

1. Im interested to purchase the items, so how do I place my order?
Its simple, for Any items that you wish to purchase here, kindly fill in the order form and submit

2. When/How do I need to make my payment?
Base on our T&Cs, all payments are to be in within 48 hours after you have place your order.

And you can make your payment by Bank Transfer or Meet-up (at my convinience)

3. When will I get my lenses after I place my order?
Approximately within 10-14 working days after the preorder close.

4. Do you have any lenses that do not need a longer waiting time to get?
Yes sometimes we do have in-stock lens. do check our blog often!

5. Postage by normal or registered? And do I know when it will arrive?
To give our customer more secure delivery, we only mail the items by Registered postage.

Tracking number will be mail to customer directly after items has been submitted to Singpost.

6. Are the lenses real & original and safe to wear? How do you prove its authentic?
Yes of course. All our lenses that are displayed on this site are officially authentic. Contact Lens bottles are sealed & free of defects. To prove that, stickers of authentication are pasted on every bottle to prove that they are authentic. And you may check the authenticity here.

7. How long can the lenses be kept?
If you have opened the bottle, the lens are 1 year disposable lens if you soak it with solution regularly. And sealed bottle for 3 years.

8. Can the degrees be different for both sides?
Yes of course. Degrees available are stated on the catalogue.

9. Where do this lenses come from?
Originally made from Korea.

10. What if I received defect items?
All contact lens are sealed and free of defects, exchange policy will be judged base on situation. Delivered using postage, bubble wraps/durable foam will be used to protect the glass bottles.

We accept payment via Bank transfer and Meet-Up (at my convenience)

Bank Transfer is a form of transferring fund either through Internet banking/ATM fund transfer.

Meet-up payment is for those who are not able to make payment via Bank Transfer or do not own bank account.

Internet banking/ATM fund transfer

For local customer or if you have SGD Bank Account in Singapore, you can make direct fund transfer to one of our bank account (DBS, UOB or OCBC)

For Indonesia, payment can be made to BCA account.

For customers that choose to make payment via Internet Banking/ATM fund transfer to our bank account, kindly make payment within 3 days after placing your order so as your order could be processed without delay.

Please note that if you are paying by ATM fund transfer, no transaction details will be reflected on our side, hence, it is important for you to inform us immediately that you have transferred the payment, to avoid any confusion.

For internet banking, if you are transferring from the same bank ie from your DBS, UOB or OCBC account to one of our account, the transaction will be immediate.

If you are using different bank eg from Maybank, POSB, etc, to our bank account, the transaction may take up to 2-3 working days.

After you have made payment to us, you will need to notify us the status of the payment; such as the Transaction date and Payment details (such as the reference number, from and to which bank), your name and the exact amount paid. You can email us at geo-lens@live.com.sg

Once we have received your notification and verify the payment reflected on the bank account statement, we will process your order immediately and you will receive a notification email from us that your order status has been changed to "Awaiting Fulfillment" ie processed.
